Online Ordering & Shipping FAQ’s

We want to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Here are a few questions frequently asked:

Ordering

How do I place an order on-line?

When you see items you would like to purchase, simply select the "add to cart" button. Continue shopping and adding selections to your cart until you are ready to finalize your order. All selections you have made will be displayed to you before you finalize your order. For more information about the item, please click on the description or picture of the item.  To estimate your shipping, please click on the “Estimate  Shipping & Taxes” and enter your zip code. If outside the USA, please select your country. Select the shipping amount to “apply shipping” to the total purchase.  Click the Check Out button and follow instructions.

Do you gift wrap?

Gift wrapping is not available.

 

How do I find my order status?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most orders should be shipped or delivered within 7-14 business days. International orders usually arrive within 21 business days.  International orders are highly dependent on that Country’s postal system so please wait 21 business days before contacting us about your item’s arrival status.  Due to high demand, some items may be on back-order.

  

Why are some items “Pre-order” or available at a later date?

Some items featured on the website are available for purchase before they are actually sold at retail or in inventory. These items usually have a “high demand” or will only be available in very limited quantities once they are available for sale.   Consequently, we give you the option of placing your order ahead of the retail date.  We cannot guarantee the order will be fulfilled and will issue a full refund if we cannot fulfill your order. You are allowed to pre-order items that are marked as such.  Please remember, that those items will not be shipped until the date in the listing.  However, manufacturers frequently change the date so the items may not arrive as scheduled or may not be available in the quantities we requested from the manufacturer.  You will be notified of any delays.  Again, if we cannot fulfill your order we will issue a full refund.

 

If the item is out of stock, can you place my name on a waiting list?

Sorry, items that are out-of-stock were only available for a limited time.

 

How do I change or modify my order?

Please e-mail your exact changes and contact phone number to jill@fundraisingguru.com. We will do our very best to accommodate you.

 

How do I cancel my order?

 Please email your cancellation request to jill@fundraisingguru.com.

Return policy

What is your return or exchange policy?

Please be sure to call or email us  within 7 days of receipt so that we can send you a return authorization. We will credit your original method of payment excluding any applicable delivery charges. You must receive an authorization before we will accept any item as a return.

 

What if my order is damaged or short?

We apologize in advance if the item you received is damaged. For any claims on damaged items or other problems, please notify the volunteer delivering your order or email jill@fundraisingguru.com with your order number

Shipping Charges

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

All orders (except pre-orders, items available at a future date) are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding holidays).

 

How much is shipping?

Orders shipped to customers will be shipped via USPS (primarily) with delivery confirmation. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart plus the cost for delivery confirmation.  We require a street address for all orders and cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Express shipment is generally not available. Please contact jill@fundraisingguru.com if express shipment is a "must", additional fees will apply.

Payment Methods

What payment method choices do I have to purchase your products?

All payments are processed through PayPal (which accepts all major credit & debit cards and other forms of payment). Customers do not have to sign up for a PayPal account to use PayPal.
